Are you struggling with nagging back or neck pain that just won’t go away?
Or debilitating migraines that come out of nowhere? Have you just been putting up with the pain, hoping a good night's sleep will fix it all?
After all, life can be pretty busy!
But you shouldn’t have to put up with living in pain or discomfort. It causes stress, stops you from living the life you want, and doing the things you love to do.
That could all change with a simple visit to see us at Fusion Chiropractic.
We know you want a say in how your life goes. You want to keep doing what you love and not put everything on hold for pain.
We don’t accept that you should have to put up with migraines, backache, chronic fatigue, or autoimmune conditions... and neither should you.
Great health is a decision. You do have a say and can change what is happening to you. Often your symptoms are not the core problem. We can help you get to the bottom of it all and devise a simple, effective, and sustainable solution that lets you get your life back.
Back and neck pain, headaches, low energy, or anxiety are almost always indicators of an underlying core problem. While addressing your current symptoms will help you move and feel better, it doesn’t address what is really going on.
At Fusion Chiropractic, we are different. We don’t simply fix the pain for now. Instead, we want your body to function as it was designed to do.
We focus on identifying core problems that are affecting your health. Then, we will devise an individualised care plan designed to help you gain freedom and live a healthier life by using coaching and effective, sustainable solutions.
How much is it going to cost?
We value your time and your money so to make sure you’re in the right place, your initial case review is complimentary.
If after this, you and the doctor decide that a Comprehensive Neuro-Structural Examination is warranted, then the cost for this is $145. This also includes your follow up consultation where the doctor will review all of your results from the examination; give you their recommendations for your care plan and show you exactly how much it will cost.
As we assess every case individually we are unable to give you an exact cost until you complete the examination.
We are ACC registered so if you have a valid ACC claim then some of your costs may be subsidised.
How often do I need to come in and how long is it going to take?
There are 3 main factors to consider when it comes to number of visits and amount of time:
Everybody is different and so responds differently. Some people report changes immediately, before they even leave the office! Others it can take a little longer. For this reason, we do regular reviews of your progress and perform comparative examinations so we can see your results and make sure you’re on track.
We know that you are busy, so we offer a range of appointment times to fit in with your busy schedule.
The most important thing to note about your care is that you control the speed of your own recovery. As well as your in office check ups, we provide easy to follow home care advice that, when implemented well, our clients tell us save them significant time and money.

What can I expect when I get there? Does it hurt?
When you arrive at our premises you will be greeted by one of our friendly team and shown to our waiting room, then the doctor will come and meet you.
The first step is always to make sure you are in the right place. We start with your complimentary case review, which is just a conversation, so that the doctor can find out more about you and your health concerns.
This also gives you an opportunity to get a feel for our office, meet the team and ask any questions.
By the end of the conversation both you and the doctor will have a good idea if Fusion Chiropractic is the place for you. If the doctor feels they can help, a Comprehensive Neuro-Structural Examination will be recommended. The examination consists of a series of objective tests that are non-invasive and totally comfortable.
Your wellbeing is paramount during your time in our office. There shouldn’t be any pain during your check ups, however, if you do experience any discomfort please let us know and we will tailor our approach to make sure you are comfortable.
How do I know I need a Chiropractor? Should I see a physio instead?
Unfortunately we cannot answer whether you need a chiropractor or a physio until we know a little bit more about your situation.
If you are experiencing pain and other symptoms then your body is telling you it needs help. The first step to knowing whether you need a Chiropractor or not, is coming to see us for a complimentary case review.
This conversation helps us discover more about your history and will give the doctor a good idea of whether you have a core problem with your spine and nervous system.
After that, if we believe you do have a core problem, then we would recommend an examination which allows us to assess the extent of the damage, and how we can help you correct it.
Sometimes problems are not as clear cut as seeing one health practitioner over another. If we discover that you have a core problem then yes, you should definitely see us to help correct it. However, that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t see a physio as well. If you have a problem that requires hands on therapy, rebuilding healthy muscles and exercise rehab – like an ankle sprain for example – then physio is a great idea.
Often, we find that a combination of therapies is the best way to get quick results and we have some great health practitioners in the area we can refer you to.
If you don’t have a core problem with your spine and nervous system, you don’t have a problem that we can help with. In which case we would be happy to refer you to another health practitioner that we feel could best help you.
Once I go to a Chiropractor will I have to go forever?
Of course not. You don’t HAVE to do anything. We don’t want to trap you or force you to keep coming if you don’t want to.
What we do want to do is provide you with simple to implement changes that will have you feeling great and getting the most out of life. To do that, we will provide you with an individualised care plan based on your test results and goals. Those tests will be repeated regularly and your plan will also be reviewed to ensure you are getting what you need. Having said that, you can stop your care at any time.
We have plenty of practice members who have been coming in for a long time, but that’s because they have seen results and they want to keep them. They want to protect their investment you could say – a bit like going to the gym.
Wouldn’t it be great to lift weights for two weeks and have that lithe, toned physique you’ve always dreamed of. Never having to do any work to maintain it, eat ice cream for every meal and never lose your conditioning? (If you work out how to do this, could you please clue us in!) But in reality, that’s not how it works. Results are great, but to maintain what you want takes commitment and dedication to a new way of life. Of course you can stop at any time, it’s always your choice. But you might also see your results stop with you.
If you do choose to discontinue your care with us, all you have to do is let us know. We can congratulate you on your achievements and say goodbye with no pressure to return.
Hey I’m Gareth,
Are you sick of putting up with pain and discomfort? Let me tell you that you don’t have to do that.
I love working with people who want to transform their health and their life. I can give you the tools to deal with your health concerns, while giving you more confidence in your ability to have whatever you want in life. I don’t believe for one second that once you are labelled with a condition – sciatica, anxiety, immune disorder – that you have to live with it forever.
Growing up I was always sick. I had irritable bowel syndrome, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease, my posture was terrible and I was told it would always be this way. Then I found Chiropractic. By learning about and applying the same principles I now use with my clients, I healed myself of all those things. I am a hundred times healthier today than I was back then.
Your body is extraordinary and it’s designed to be healthy. Sometimes life gets in the way and we end up off track, but there is always something you can do. No matter how small, you can start to make a difference in your health.
My clients tell me my greatest skills are my ability to listen to what they have to say, take a genuine interest in what is happening for them, acknowledge them for what they are doing and empower them to take the next step.
I’ve been a Chiropractor for over 10 years. I earned my Bachelor of Chiropractic Degree from the College of Chiropractic, right here in New Zealand and I’ve had the opportunity to work with many different people all over New Zealand and overseas. I’ve worked at the Commonwealth Games in India with the Cook Island Team, I’ve volunteered my services to help people after the Christchurch earthquakes and I’ve also worked with some pretty famous musicians!
When I’m not helping clients and creating effective care plans, I can be found training Brazilian Jujitsu – so if you ever see me in the office with a black eye, that’s why! I also often join my wife, daughter and golden retriever on the beach for a walk, or a swim if it’s not too cold!
Three fun facts about me…
I would love to hear more about you and see if I can help you live your life as you want to. Book a complimentary case review to talk more with me and see if we can work together.
Kia ora!

Hey, I’m Vicki!
I am passionate about helping you to live your life to the fullest.
I work behind the scenes in the business, coming up with ways to better serve people who are looking for how to live an extraordinary life. I create opportunities for you to have more of what you want, while making it feel like fun!
I have always had a problem with authority (ask my Mother – I hate being told what to do!) After years of searching for why that is, I have discovered it is because I don’t like being told that something isn’t possible, that I can’t do something. It makes me so sad when I hear people say ‘oh that’s just how life is’ or ‘I can’t do anything about that’.
I believe we show people that another way is possible, that you can have whatever you want for your life. Sometimes it takes some work, but ultimately you are in control of your life. I want my daughter to look at me and go WOW my mum is extraordinary and she does extraordinary things. I want that for you too.
When I’m not strategising, planning and organising for the business I can be found on the beach with my daughter and our golden retriever. Or if not there I’ll be ballet dancing alongside the school age kids in the class, training for my next exam or end of year performance.
If you’re dying to know more, here are 4 things you don’t know about me..
Do something extraordinary for your life, right this second, book your complimentary case review and see what could happen.
